No and I've told you several times that Verizon offers GPL'd binaries
for downloading FROM ITS OWN HOST ***without any browser redirection***.
It is utterly irrelevant whether Verizon keeps the data on it's own
storage or loads it from Actiontec each time new to serve each download
of firmware from Verizon's host.
