The SFLC has had to voluntarily dismiss *all* of their suits.

After the suits end, the defendants are found to be distributing
 the GPLed sources properly. We call that "winning".

Tell that to Verizon and they'll tell *you* as well as the SFLC to
kiss their royal purple ass. Check with Alexander as to why.
