So what? It is not uncommon that a book has one author and millions of
readers. That does not mean that we can optimize the outnumbered author
in the process of a book's life.
The conditions of the GPL are there for the sake of the few people who
can actually make a difference. The rest is not affected except for not
being allowed to take away that usability.
