Many licenses written by professional lawyers (not FSF/SFLC-like
crackpots producing legal nonsense) contain clauses along the lines of

"Injunctive Relief. Licensee agrees that monetary damages alone would be
insufficient to compensate Lisensor for a breach of this Agreement. In
addition to any other right or remedy available at law or in equity,
Licensee hereby consents to the entering of an order for injunctive
relief to prevent or stop any such breach or threatened breach, and the
entering of an order for specific performance to compel performance of
any obligations under this Agreement, provided that the legal
requirements for injunctive relief and specific performance are met."

making compliance actions quick no-brainer in a state court.

alexander.

(GNG is a derecursive recursive derecursion which pwns GNU since it can
be infinitely looped as GNGNGNGNG...NGNGNG... and can be said backwards
too, whereas GNU cannot.)
