Dear Judge Gardephe:
Plaintiff in the above captioned matter requests an adjournment of the
pre-trial conference currently scheduled for March 18, 2009, at 11:00AM,
to April 21, 2009, at 10:00AM or to any other date not prior to April
20, 2009, as the parties are now in good-faith discussions to settle
this matter and are hopeful they can do so in the very near future.
Defendant in this matter has been consulted and consents to this request.
