In this case, they appear to have decided that since owners of these routers are free to run, read, modify, and share the code it comes with, they are satisfied with the outcome and do not need to pursue the matter further.

People who get the router get a manual and disk describing the GPL (and possibly containing the source - the manual isn't clear).
