Cisco purported compliance with the (FSF's interpretation of the) GPL is
supposed to happen "in the fastest way possible". May I just speculate
that Cisco's position regarding "the fastest way possible" spells as
"forever impossible"? Feel free to provide verifiable evidence to the
contrary. The fact is that you can't.
