It's fairly clear there's some serious censorship on Groklaw - the
absence of real debate about most real controversies is quite striking,
as is the lack of comment from any of Groklaw's adversaries, such as SCO.

Then again, without serious moderation, a comment forum can degenerate
into disfunctionality, as gnu-misc-discuss has done.  Striking the right
balance is difficult.

Still, questions have been asked about PJ's unequivocal support for Apple
against Psystar, which seems a bit incongruous for somebody so supportive
of free software.
