If you're going to ship the libraries along with your program,
then the author of the GPLed portion of the code is going to
have grounds for insisting that you distribute the source of

on the same media squarely fall under "mere aggregation" clause
They do not, no matter how many times you insist otherwise.
"Mere aggregation" is exactly that, aggregation on a storage
medium for convenience of distribution rather than to form an
integrated whole. Deliberate misreading is evidence only of
your being a crank.
