The defendants, as is proper, throw up every possible legal defense against the claims of the plaintiff. They would be remiss not to do so. That does not mean that their claims are valid, and it will be up to the plaintiffs to show why they are not. It's odd the way you seem to believe that ordinary lawyering somehow proves that your false beliefs are true.
