Puhleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez Hyman, just whip out ye olde settlement
agreements for us to feast our tired eyes upon.
Settlement agreements are often kept private between the parties,
and are not necessarily filed with the court. But there is no need
to see settlement agreements, because in each and every concluded
case the defendants have agreed to comply with the GPL, and that is
public. Simply go to the websites of the defendants and you will see
the links to download the GPLed code.
