The FSF will not be overly interested in suing Oracle: Oracle has deep
pockets, and a judicial resolution would drag on for years and years.
And somebody like a minor copyright holder in kernel parts would be in a
position with worse leverage.  It would be bad press for Oracle,
however, but that kind of thing does not really appear to faze Ellison
all too much, judging from recent examples.

Note that this is just extempore: I have not actually looked at what
objectionable actions regarding GNU/Linux Oracle might be choosing to
dabble with.
