Yes, however, current situation is such that tribal groups in forest
can manage themselves, but any villages, towns or cities,
cannot. Anyway, it is out of the scope of GNU project.

Totally yes. However, that goal is currently and for hundreds of years
in future not attainable, thus people do need guidance by those who
are smarter, able, who take responsibility.

I am looking at results, RMS have done results and have taken greatest
responsibility. 

Critics are often those who did something against GNU or RMS, then
they find excuses by criticizing.
