Guile-PG 0.20 available

  Guile-PG is a collection of modules for Guile allowing access to
  the PostgreSQL RDBMS from Scheme programs.
  
  The low-level module `(database postgres)' provides an almost
  one-to-one correspondence with the PostgreSQL "libpq" C library
  interface.  Other higher-level modules, typically named
  `(database postgres-FOO)', provide abstractions and convenience
  procedures.
  
  This is alpha code (pre 1.0 release).  It has bugs, and the
  interfaces may change from version to version.

    - Bugfix: proc `defs-from-psql' now parses comma as space
  
        For example, if the column is specified as:
  
                amount numeric(9,2) not null
  
        then `defs-from-psql' would return (among other col defs):
  
                (amount numeric (9 2) "not null")
  
        Previously, `defs-from-psql' was not able to handle the comma.
  
    - Bugfix: configure script uses Guile's prefix (see README)
  
    - "make check" supports DEBUG=1 (see README)

observant readers will note TODO has a new top-level section "1.x",
taken from the ever-present "Eventually" section.  roughly speaking, the
focus of the remaining 0.x releases will be ordered: removal, coverage,
regularization and portability.  (patches for any area welcome at any
time, as long as they don't break builds against guile 1.4.x.)
