actually it is.  i believe what you see is an artifact of your browser
doing "auto-unzipping" or somesuch.  probably the file would be stored
as gzipped on your side if you do "save" instead "open".  i will put a
warning in the README.  thanks for the feedback!

   so, thanks a lot, i could compile guile-pg with guile-1.7.0 and it
   also solve my problems of dynamic-lynk ...
