Debian RC bug in guile-1.6-slib

If can resolve
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=187280 by reproducing
it, finding more information and/or sending in a patch, it will get
guile off of the Debian release critical bugs listing.  It says it's a
problem with slibcat.  I'm still on guile 1.4 here, as far as I can tell,
so can't really help much.
