guile-cairo 1.11.0 released

I'm pleased to announce the release of guile-cairo 1.11.0. 

guile-cairo (https://www.nongnu.org/guile-cairo) is a set of bindings for 
Cairo, the 2D graphics library (https://cairographics.org). The current version 
of guile-cairo wraps the Cairo 1.10 API, but it works with later versions as 
well.

This release drops support for Guile 1.8. Guile 2.0 and later versions are 
supported; I tested the release with Guile 3.0. The documentation has been 
corrected and new bindings have been added. Please check the NEWS file for 
details. The old bug tracker has been discontinued; if you find any bugs in the 
software, the documentation, or the website, please report them to 
address@hidden.
