    * gnu/packages/databases.scm (apache-arrow): Update to 10.0.0.
    (python-pyarrow)[arguments]: Remove 'patch-cmake-variables phase; do not
    bundle headers.
    [propagated-inputs]: Do not use labels.
    [native-inputs]: Remove labels.
