    templates: Improve toggle button on evaluation and spec pages.
    
    The contrast icon was arguably misleading.
    
    * src/cuirass/templates.scm (specifications-table): Use ‘oi-dashboard’
    rather than ‘oi-contrast’ for the toggle button; clarify ‘title’.
    (evaluation-info-table): Likewise.
