No.  Just to be sure, I just started two copies of NTEmacs 21.2 on NT 4
SP6a.  The second copy reported "Server subprocess exited".  Task manager
shows only one copy of gnuserv running and no excessive processor load.  I'm
running a rather old version of gnuserv.
