Hello!
My name's Fabio Costa and I'm from Brazil, I'm 26 years old and I'm a CS
graduate student. I use EMACS in Windows +/- 6 months
I have a problem when I'm editing UTF-8 encoded files: first, I
set-language-environment and use the C-x RET 1 command (to set format
for file). But, when I reload it, it appear with the à symbols, not with
the accented characters... Some tip?
And I have tried to associate file types as described by GNU EMACS for
Windows FAQ, but I didn't be successful. When I tried, it opened EMACS,
but the file was not loaded. Some tips here?

Thanks!
