Don't know a solution, but when I use that key combo, it turns my screen
sideways, so maybe the video driver is using it.  OTOH, you maybe would
have noticed if this had happened.


Is it possible that you need something like the low-level keyboard hook I use in EmacsW32 for more cases now? But those keys may perhaps be grabbed even before that hook has a chance to come in.
