Hi Eli,

Actually, it seems like that my anti-virus might be the problem -- I would 
suppose.  I looked in the directory " 
c:/Users/muhanned.maayeh/AppData/Roaming/.emacs.d/server'" and I did not find 
any file in this location.  Looks like I will need to set an exception in my 
anti-virus and reinstall again to be sure everything is not clobbered.

The last message is the sign of your problem: it says that the owner
of `.emacs.d/server' is not Administrator.  Please tell who is the
owner of that directory.  I'm guessing that it's the Administrators
group, but maybe Windows 7 has other surprises up its sleeve.
