[help-gnuastro] Sun Az/El

Hi, I'm no astronomer by any stretch, but I'm on the hunt for a easy
way to look up the sun's az/el at any given time, but that doesn't
involve using a Web site form, or an proprietary software. Is this
something gnuastro could do for me?
