command: astsubtractsky and astnoisechisel

Hi,

i am trying to use astsubtractsky and astnoisechisel for the rilevation of the background in a fits image. But the first is not autoinstalled in Gnuastro, i have the 0.16.1 version for Ubuntu. And the second give me a lot of techinical error about the hdu and the kernel of the input image. How can i solve this problem?
