Thermald

Hello Guix!

I tried to use thernald by enabling it in my system config. I got an
error related to CPU ID during boot, so I used with `--ignore-cpu-
check`. Now there is no error, but how do I check whether the thernald
is active and doing it's job? It appears thermald package has no
client. Any ideas?
