Guix website Czech translation

Hi,

I've been working on a Czech language translation for the Guix website in the 
past week and I've finished it.
I'm not sure how long it normally takes to get a translation online, but I have 
worked on this project as a part of voluntary work for a university subject. It 
would help me greatly if it came online as soon as possible. If it's not 
possible, no worries - I'll run it locally.
