All done.  I finished the configuration changes for the last two just
a little bit ago.

What this means to the mailing list:

Messages from subscribers will be posted without delay.  Messages from
addresses in the whitelist will be posted without delay.  Normal
mailing list usage should not be affected in any way.

Messages from non-subscribers who have never posted to the list before
will be held for human review.  Those get added to the whitelist so
that subsequent messages will pass without delay.  Posters do not need
to be subscribed to post bugs to the list.  But upon initial contact
those messages will be held for review.
