Why do you need to ignore it?

because i already did "./native-install" 2 times, so i do not need it
3rd time and then it does not matter whether it throws the same
message or not. right ?

Did you see messages about read-only file systems? If you boot into
single-user mode, does "showtrans /servers/socket/1" output
/hurd/pflocal?

indeed i get this :-) but i had to do "export TERM=mach" before using
that command

Maybe the default pager is not running, not sure.

here is the *new* thing that happened in single-user mode:

# cd /dev
# ./MAKEDEV hd0s4
chown: 'root': invalid user

i did not get "Killed" as output . the new output means owner is not
"hurd". right ? but i am dead-sure i used this command from Arch
GNU/Linux as root:

# ext2fs -b 4096 -o hurd /dev/sda4

what went wrong ?
