The definitive directions are in the README. I don't think those are
completely up to date.

How did you run configure?
(Note: all development is happening on the viengoos-on-bare-metal
branch, which is a port of Viengoos to x86-64. This already works as
well as the L4 version and will soon supersede it as the master
branch.)
