Urgent Help Required

Hello!

                I had just installed WinCVS 1.1b14. Previously, I was
working on a project on the local site. 
                But, after a month, I went back to my office to continue
with the proj. Now, I am not able
                to connect to the CVS server to checkout my module or even
to Login to the CVS server.

                I've SSH. 

However, I encountered a problem when I tried to check out in cvs...
It says

cvs checkout -P Company (in directory D:\)
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot start server via rsh: No such file or
directory

*****CVS exited normally with code 1*****
###
I already configured the various fields in CVS's Preferences, but to no
avail.

CVS Root: :ext:address@hidden:/home/cvs
Authentication: SSH server
Ports-> Checked "Check for an alternate rsh name:" ssh

besides putty, I also have Secure Shell installed. But was unable to run it
as it requires
the crypto library which was not available in the SSH directory.

Do I need to establish a SSH connection via putty first and then run the
checkout?
