The command line CVS 1.11 client for Win32 compiles under MSVC++ 5.0 and
later, I believe. I am certain it compiles under VC++ 6.0. Maybe with a
patch, but probably not. Ask if you have trouble. The source is
available from CVSHome:
ftp://ftp.cvshome.org/pub/cvs-1.11/cvs-1.11.tar.gz

If that is too much trouble, a Win32 binary should be posted on CVSHome
in the next couple of weeks.

Alternatively, look up the WinCVS project on SourceForge.

You'll probably want a *nix for a server, though I understand WinCVS has
a server that works under NT now.
