Larry, I had a link error.
gcc is smart enough to say where the link stems from, but it started
saying: "client.o: In function `connect_to_pserver':"
Anyways, saying that it was defined in root.c, I checked on my check out
from cyclic.cvs.com and found I had version 1.41, without CVSroot_port.
An update reveiled that there was a 1.42...
Guess the network hicked up between my PC and cvs.cyclic.com on the first
update I did.
Now, it compiles and links :)
