cvs on WINNT

HI all :
 thanks for your nice site and service in(http://www.cvshome.org) .
 but i have a question :
 I'm using WINNT and Jbuilder4 professional , and I need pserver to work 
 on winnt cuz i don't have unix server , so i searched through you site 
 and i found a pserver on (www.cvsnt.org) and i downloaded the file CVS 
 1.10.8NT (tar.gz) (2,404KB) but when i extracted the file , i couldn't 
 start or install the server on winNT , so please , how can you help me 
 to start pserver on winNT , or if you can tell me from where i can get 
 one ?
