The export command would export a specific revision, which could be the
most recent version.  For releases, since you don't always want what is
on the trunk, that is often done manually.

There are notes in the manual on using the loginfo admin file to export
a new copy of the source every time anybody checks in anything.  This is
often used to keep a "reference" copy up to date.  Try the section of
the manual on the loginfo admin file.
