cvsauth authenticates CVS pserver/SSL clients. 
It allows you to run multiple repositories on the same server 
without the security risk of running cvs as root. It supports
SSL-based access by the CVS clients.

Changes: 

-SSL support for CVS version 1.11. 
-Config file parser rewritten. 
-Better security with extra scripts. 
-CVS-SSL now runs on port 2405.
