It has been needed since the beginning, and it has been the topic of much
heated debate in this forum over the years.  It seems that some people think
that batching up their directory reorgs and then exporting and importing their
entire source base to implement them is an acceptable workaround.

As long as this archaic mindset remains in the CVS community, don't look for
support of this feature.

The subject says it all, mostly. I want to find out what new features 
are actively being worked on. I'd like to see support for renaming 
and checking in directory changes (if it is needed).
