RE: xinetd info

If you are using RedHat 7.0, the HOME environment variable will be set.  The
'env' attribute takes care of the HOME bug in RHL 7.0.
Here is an example /etc/xinetd.d/cvspserver file:

service cvspserver
{
        socket_type     = stream
        protocol        = tcp
        wait            = no
        user            = root
        group           = cvs
        server          = /usr/bin/cvs
        env             = HOME=/cvshome
        server_args     = -f --allow-root=/cvshome pserver
          disable         = no
}
