RE: wincvs can't be launched

I don't know which version you use, but there is a known issue with 1.1b14 -
if you close it while minized it will not start again until you've removed
some keys from the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WinCvs\wincvs\ - all
the keys named "Bar xxxx" and the "Settings"-key (NOT the "CVS
settings"-key))
