I use RCS directly on the repository via a network filesystem.

How do you accomplish this? Do you have a patch?
Does anyone know what happens if you put '-n' on the cvspserver line in
inetd.conf? Sounds neat, but I suppose this might not do the trick for a repo
on a local CD-ROM.
