No. I'm not familiar with logrotate, but from what I've been able to figure
out from the man page, it would not be the right tool for this.
The history file is not just a log. If you run logrotate on it every Sunday,
"cvs history" would be worthless on Monday morning.
Wouldn't it? The logrotate man page uses the term "rotate" without
explaining what it means, so I'm not sure. If logrotate can periodically
delete all records more than say, a year old, leaving the rest in the file,
then never mind.
