In a decent setup it boils down to changing one CNAME in your DNS
database and not bothering your users at all.  Why it is this
easy and what to do if you don't have the appropriate setup
already has been discussed several dozen times in the list and is
archived at the usual places.  Go and make use of this facility
before asking others to repeat it once more.  "Moving" and
"repository" is the combination you are searching for.
