Then go to the gnu page: <http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs>

At the bottom of the page in the "Info-cvs Subscribers" section, where
it says "To change your subscription"..., enter your e-mail address and
click the "Edit Options" button.

On the next page in the "Your Info-cvs Password" section, just under the
large friendly letters that say "Forgotten Your Password?", click the
"Email My Password To Me" button.

Once you get your password, you can unsubscribe from the same page.

This isn't rocket science, people.
