Fairy snuff, though I feel that cvs should still pass the name(s) of the
file(s) the user has requested be operated on - not that it's of great
importance.

Note that it doesn't pass *a* filename, it passes a *list* of filenames.
If that list happens to be empty, then so be it; some people want the
script to get called anyway and it's easy enough to check and not do
anything if that's what you want to do.
