Question... I'm
setting up a CVS server at home for personal use to house software projects
perhaps no more than five other people will be working on. What type of hard drive space could I
expect to need? I have one server
which has two 8.5 GB drives, and another with one 40 GB drive. I'd like to preserve the 40GB drive for
FTP, but I could use it for CVS if necessary. Furthermore,
does CVS store its data in /usr, /home, or some other directory? (I've never
used it before) Lastly: At this link: http://faq.cvshome.org/fom.pl?file=18 it mentions
creating a RAM disk… anyone have any links as to how to create a RAM disk? I’ve never done this in Linux before. Thanks!!! Matt |
