Can't view revision date using cvs status while running pserver |

I'm accessing my code respository via pserver. The strange thing is that I
can't see the date of the revision when I run cvs status. Here's a sample
output of cvs status:
File: T.pm Status: Up-to-date
Working revision: 1.144
Repository revision: 1.144 /usr/codebase/modules/T.pm,v
Sticky Tag: (none)
Sticky Date: (none)
Sticky Options: (none)
I'm using version 1.11 running on Redhat Linux 6.2. I can, however, see the
revision date when I access my code repository directly, instead of going
through pserver. Please enlighten.
