User manual for Windows interface?

Hi,

I am new to using WinCVS.  I was looking for a manual to use this tool with 
with the Windows interface, command bars, etc.  All I can find is the Unix 
cammand lines.  I will be responsible for training other on this system, so 
a more specific User Manual would be helpful.
