Well, I guess he has the problem that he wants from time to time to make 
an export always to the same directory, what cvs doesn't allows. I also
hit this once and then used the method to export and copy the content
overwriting files into the target directory, deleting the directory I exported
to afterwards. Maybe there is an easier way.

PS: A few remarks:-)
    1) English is not only spoken in the US.
    2) In the US, not only english is spoken.
    3) Some of the worst english is spoken in the US,
       as some of the worst german is spoken in Germany.
       And maybe some of the worst french is spoken in France.
