Yep, that sounds about right.  We use PHP on our web servers and I had to do
the same to allow ViewCVS to run.

Yes.. cvs is a great piece of software.  It's hard to find individuals who
aren't bigeted towards software that isn't Windows based.  They have been
seriously indoctrinated over quite a long period of time now and somehow
will completly forget that their favorite software (CC or whatever) had it's
own quirks and I doubt that they could have even setup a CC repository
themselves.  Write them off as bumbling idiots if you ask my opinion.  And
tell them to F'off about the inferior crap... what an ass.  Ignorance is
completely different than actual stupidity.
