Not really. I'm not the most qualified person to ask because I know nothing
about NT (except that I despise it). So my first recommendation would be to
move your CVS server to Linux or FreeBSD, which is not what you are asking
about.

Clearly the message you're getting back means that NT can't find a program
that has been requested, but without knowing what you did exactly to get
that message, and all messages that came before and after, I have no idea
what NT was missing.

I'm cross posting this reply (with your initial question) to the cvs-info
list where more seasoned helpers reside. You should know that the reply
button in a cvs-info message replies to the poster, not the list. That's
why you got just me rather than the full complement of helpers and lurkers.
I personally find that annoying, but whatcha gonna do -- it's not my list.

I worry about my child and the Internet all the time,
even though she's too young to have logged on yet. Here's
what I worry about. I worry that 10 or 15 years from now,
she will come to me and say 'Daddy, where were you
when they took freedom of the press away from the Internet?'
